Happy Hour Gathering for Local Food Volunteers

Thursday, July 31, 4:30 to 5:30 pm, in the Courtyard between the Cowgirl Barn and Brickmaiden in Point Reyes Station.

We’ll provide refreshments and are eager to let you know about opportunities to help strengthen our local food network. You could:

• serve as a garden steward for the edibles garden at Papermill Creek Children’s Corner;

• join our local glean team to help get excess produce to people who can use it;

• pitch in at a work day for Sembrando Vida at Blue Marble Acres farm;

• bring your own ideas for enhancing food resilience in West Marin.

Local food resilience is a climate solution!!

Reuse Alliance Repair Fair and Clothing Swap |

Saturday, July 26, 10 am to 1 pm, West Marin School, Point Reyes Station

Do you have a lamp, small appliance, textile, or bike in need of repair?

Bring it to the Repair Fair!

Volunteers and specialized repair professionals will be on-hand to repair your items, and you can learn from watching them work.  

If you’d like to bring an item to repair, you must pre-register. (Pre-registering allows the organizers to prepare for your item!)

This event will also include a Clothing Swap and a Book Swap. Please bring your books, clothing items and accessories (clean and in good shape) to share and bring home something new to you!

Reuse Alliance is also looking for volunteers to help fix things.
